I'm a passionate full stack engineer with over 7 years of coding experience and a B.S. in Computer Science from San Francisco State University, which I earned in 2022. I've worked at early-stage startups where I wore many hats, collaborated closely with founders and designers, and built products from the ground up. I thrive in fast-paced environments where building and shipping quickly drives real impact. From responsive UIs to scalable backend systems, I love turning complex problems into elegant solutions.
When I'm not coding, you'll find me experimenting with new technologies, exploring nature, capturing moments through photography, trying new foods, lifting weights, watching sports, working on cars, and gaming (Call of Duty is my go-to). I'm also a huge animal lover—especially cats.

Founding Engineer
- Sole engineer responsible for delivering a fully functional MVP in 3 weeks, enabling the founders to secure investor funding and pilot users (university partners).
- Built a Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) system using OpenAI, LangChain, and Supabase to help financial aid officers query complex policy PDF documents using natural language.
- Developed an AI agent with chain-of-thought reasoning to triage student emails, perform actions, and integrate with third-party systems like Banner (SIS) and PeopleSoft.
- Built the entire stack in Next.js (TypeScript, React, Node.js, Tailwind CSS) with Supabase Auth for SSO and RBAC, secured via Row-Level Security (RLS).
- Tuned prompts, refined chunking, and debugged hallucinations to improve answer grounding and reliability.
- Leveraged GitHub and Vercel for automated deployments, preview builds, and streamlined staging-to-production flow with Next.js.
